Toyota Aqua: U0110 Lost Comunication With Drive Motor Control Module A

I have a Toyota Aqua, displaying a hybrid sign with an error code U0110: "Lost Communication With Drive Motor Control Module A." Attached are some pictures for your reference.

This yellow hybrid warning sign only appears when the car is started after being parked for 3 to 4 hours. However, if I open all the doors for air ventilation for 5 minutes before starting the vehicle, the yellow sign does not appear. Additionally, it does not reappear while driving once I clear the warning sign. In summary, this sign only appears when the car has been at rest for 3 to 4 hours with the windows shut.

Can anyone help me with this issue? I am in Karachi, Defence View Phase 2, near Iqra University.

Try cleaning your hybrid and 12v battery contacts. I think that oxidation must have built up over the copper contacts of the wiring on the contacts. Clean all possible contacts between the HV and 12V battery, the inverter, and the fuses. Make sure that all of these are clear.

Worst case scenario, you may be looking at an inverter replacement. But before going to Shershah to try to find a scrap Aqua inverter, try finding someone with an ODB2 scanner and Dr Prius app and run diagnostics, and try getting a general clean up of all wiring and communication cables done.
