Toyota Aqua very Low average and connecting to toyota techstream

I have three questions regarding Toyota AQUA 2015 listed below

1) I just bought a Toyota Aqua 2015, 4 grade. it is giving me average of 13 KM/L in city and 19 KM/L on highway. which is very low in comparison to my previous Aqua 2014, which was giving an overall average of 25 KM/L same grade. there is only one difference i was using previous aqua during winter now is summer. Is there any other AQUA user having difference in petrol consumption during winter and summer ??? or i just got myself a damaged battery cell ? as battery is not charging to full, i checked the fan also its fine.

2) My second question is from where in PAKISTAN i can get VMI and OBD cable for connection of my car with TOYOTA Techstream ?? Any suggestion??

3) Is there any Aqua 2015 user having working LCD model NSZT W64 in his toyota aqua please contact me, i need to copy software,

which oil grade you are using in your car?

Its genuine which came from japan, not changed yet

Not sure about Pakistan, but you can buy the VMI cable from AliExpress. I bought one recently, it was for around 15 USD, Chinese copy.

I have not yet tested. But I have seen YouTube reviews where it worked for other people, so I am hopeful.

Changed only Air Filter average improved to 20 KM/L
