Toyota axio 2017 urgent opinion

Aoa everyone. I am currently making a deal for an axio 2017 model and i need to know a few things. This axio is 2017 model white colour with mileage 21000. According to the owner, ye gari usne locally japan say purchase ki. He told me gari ka fender replaced hai. Gari locally purchase karkay usne pakistan la kar kam karaya kyunke labour in japan is expensive. What i did was ke mene pakwheels ki car inspection karai uss gari ki. And i also checked for the auction sheet from pakwheels. Pakwheels say pata chala kay iska asal mein unkay pass koi record nai auction sheet ka. After inspection the team gave a rating of 8.6/10 to the car. Un ne kaha kay gari ka koi major accident nai aur jo fender replaced hai woh bhi minor accident hai kyunke jo pillar hai uss side ka woh bilkul perfect hai. Aik jo issue thora samajh say bahir hai wou ye hai ke uss gari ke airbags disconnect huay way hain. Aur left front wala we checked , usme tou pura airbag hi removed hai. Aur front dono belts kay locks bhi nai hain ya removed hain. Now pakwheels ki team nay kaha kay iss gari ka koi major accident nai hua na hi ye front ya back say hit hui hai. And khali fender replaced hai aur sari wohi baat. I am sure Inspection team major accident tou pakar leti kyunke airbags tab hi khultay, but they said apart from fender exterior 100% hai. Now my questions are,

1) how reliable is pak wheels ki car inspection?
-) kya ye airbag aur belt kay locks yahan kisi mechanic nay nikalay hosaktay hain?
2) is 8.6 ka score good?
3) agar auction sheet pakwheels pe nai hai tou wou baat sahi hai ke locally purchase ki gae gari?
4) current market ki situation dekhte huay, whats the value of this car.?
5) should i buy this car?

Another thing to note is kay gari kay engine ko, battery, suspension,brake, etc ko almost full ratings mili from pakwheels

and jo log current market ke halaat say waqif nai, jitni bhi 17 model axio i checked apart from this one ,wou above 31-32 ki range mein thi.

Airbags of the car are deployed. In order to remove the airbag sign from the dashboard, they are disconnected. Another indication of an accident are the loose seat belts. Stay away from this car.... Better to pay more and buy a graded car.

Bro fender is replaced, accident tou hua hai. But not major according to pakwheels inspection team. And the rest of the car is 100% instead of the fender. Is the inspection team not reliable? And what time if i am getting this car at a very reasonable cost looking at the current market. @Luke_mani

Maybe the car hit a kerb that caused airbags to deploy....under body damage hua hoga jo nazar nahi araha....ya phr the car jumped over something and came back down hard causing airbags to open......i would suggest to leave this car

Under body damage say gari ki performance eg engine ya noise waghera ka farq nai pakra jana chahiye? Or the inspection team is not reliable?

how reliable is pak wheels ki car inspection?

highly unreliable & corrupt , you grease the palm n get report of your choice. NEVER TRUST THEM

airbag(s) are only deployed when all passengers or front seat belts or only driver seat belt is latched.

drive the car with owner sitting with you throttle the car on open road and brake hard feel any vibration or coasting / pulling to any side

any unusual noise or vibration or pulling .. walk away.

Pakwheels inspectors are like worst then traffic cops.

and Pakwheels inspection is not always a 100% correct

Dont rely on inspection report eyes closed.....look for signs urself....do the test capsat told above....raise the car and and look underneath for any damage tht wud have been repaired....i m not saying it is damaged underneath but could be

Thankyou guys, actually deal almost final honay wali thi, lekin now i think mein aik baar apna mechanic le ker jaa ker gari ki inspection karaon ga. before any sort of payment, any other thing that i should keep in mind?

remember, when something is too good to be true, it usually is.
Cars that are in good condition are talking with the sky these days because fresh import is restricted.
SInce the air bags are deployed and the seat belts are loose, there is something majorly wrong, as for the Pakwheels inspection, did they remove the rubber parts to check if the car hasn't had a half-cut installed onto it? denters here can work magic and astonish us but remember, an accidental car is always accidental, 3 mil is no joke, better to pay .5 mil more and get a graded car.

better to stay away from jdms cars.they have very low resale value now a days.
