Toyota Axio vs Honda City

Woah there hold on big guy your actually calling a locally manufactured City's build quality better than a Japanese made Corolla ?
I agree that City will give the satisfaction of a new car but it doesn't come any way near to an imported cars build quality
Unlike Pakistan other Countries have standard of quality finishing etc which the manufacturer must comply
While your paying about 1.6 million Rs to get manual windows
At least Atlas Honda isn't that low and they offer basic/mandatory options but still lack the finishing and quality which an imported car has
An example take a Honda City idsi and Honda Fit Aria you'll have a whole different experience in both cars

Honda has a worldwide name for its luxuriousness, reliability and satisfaction. Honda city has a good shape compared to axio. It's aerodynamic shape gives a boost and much more which axio dont have. The quality control system is a standard system in all over the world determined by Honda Japan. So you cannot doubt over its quality control system here in Pakistan. Axio tab tak achi hai jab tak yeh chal rhi hai, aur kab tak chalti hai kisi ko nhi pata. Rest is your.choice.

Ok thanks guys I see now that Axio is more loaded than city thx for telling because my disposition was towards city. I guess I will have to buy axio and spend 1-2 lacs in repairs/maintenance to bring it to good as new. Thx u all guys

You won't have to spend that much, 20k would be enough, tires and rims would also require change if you buy a city (non-Aspire).

However my sincere advise if you'd ask random questions, you'd get more confused with "city all the way" and "city is crap" asnwers ... and you'd know when you've already bought a car without actually thinking. Just take sometime out, half an hour, relax and write-up your actual priorities in order of importance. A 4 or 5 pointer list is enough to decide. Then if you could, get a drive of both cars, i hope many at pakwheels would help you through this. At this stage compare your priorities, I'm sure you're instinct will shout out loud what you want by then. Go for it !

Man dont forget that Honda atlas car Pakistan limited is a joint venture btwn Japan and Pakistan, this is not founded by Pakistan only, they cannot manufacture different quality in different countries. This would have a negative effect on large on parent Honda's goodwill. They have same manufacturing standard around the world. Honda atlas cars limited would be profitable if they were manufacturing cheap quality despite of disasters and tsunami in Japan, instead they are facing loss. . . Man Change your perception now.

Your comments are totally one sided , The thing is AXIO is far more superior then Honda city and Local XLI/GLI , axio standard variant comes with 2 airbags where as in city no such safety feature,even 660c JDM alto comes with 2 airbags, abb yeh mat khena ka air bags bhi hotay hai city mai ... City 1.3 is not upto the mark. as i said before i have driven city 1.3 and it's a underpowered car , steeps per baith jati hai , your avatar explains it all you are a city fan and u have the right to comparte with other cars but talking rubbish is something else... usally when people loose the argument against PKDM vs JDM, they shift the topic to 5 year old , tempered, damaged car.. i hope u don't do this...

Any ways OP, it's best to drive both the cars and then make up ur mind.

. And please stop saying that I am a city fan. I have driven both cars therefore its my personal experience. You will see in future a decline in the value of axio because of its nearly zero resale.
