I am getting the same approximately but on high speeds, my car is loud. I was driving 1kr Fe Vitz so that is why I consider this loud.

Plus it do sent have the shaft as some dumb owner removed it

So the only option left is to drive it with the existing AT or convert it into manual.

For manual, I am not sure what other parts need to be changed

Yes manual transmission ecu is required.
In btw don't change it if you have plans to keep it swap it with a 2WD version tranny from a vitz NZ series it will help you

Also if you want to keep driving the same an expert can swap the current diff carrier in the transmission to a higher ratio.
The 4wd version in belta, vitz and probox have the final ratio of 4.5 you can change it had lower the numbers like 4.1, 3.92 they are longer ratio
Helps you to increase the gear ratios longer

Can you do the transmission swap and do a general overhaul of the engine? I am in Lahore but I can get the car at your place to get this done. Also, let me know the approximate expense as well.

I had my 1kr rebuilt after seeing your videos. I got it done from Lahore and totally satisfied with the performance
