Toyota belta a reliable car?

Salam. I'm about to buy a car tomorrow. I've been searching for about a month and have finally come across a 2007 belta driven 130k and a 2011 gli driven 86k. Belta owner is demanding 13lacs and gli owner is demanding 14lacs. I'm about to finalise my decision by tomorrow and don't know which to go for. My budget is 14lacs and seating capacity for 5 adults and fuel consumption is my main concern.
I also came across a 2009 city asking 13.10 lacs but dropped it because I saw hints of CNG installed. PLEASE give your opinions about the reliability of these two cars and I'm open to any of your suggestions of other cars as well. TIA

Bro i have belta 2006 with a 1.3 engine
Belta is an economical car outstanding performance and fuel economy in the city as well as in the highway.
But when it comes to breaking ability, belta is a bit unreliable because it offers u 2 disc on the front and 2 drum on the rear.
When u suddenly hit the brake pedal it takes a while to stop the car
Whereas GLI is too much better in braking and otherwise.
I will suggest u that u should go for the GLI.
Moreover GLI has less expensive and easily available parts as compared to belta.
