Is belta good option 1.0 or should i go for 1.3 as this is the car in my budget right now also have digi 2hich is essential for me.

two things, 1) Belta would be a bit too old now because it might be a 2006 or 2007 model i think.. be prepared for some extra kharcha pani for the gari and parts dhoondnay ki khwari. 2) if you HAVE to go for Belta, go for the 1300 engine.. 1000 cc is too small of an engine for this size of vehicle. 1300 will give you better power, better performance and better fuel average.

What’s the max budget

First finding a car in good condition will be v difficult. If found you will have a hard time sourcing parts for it in scrapyards.. applies to all imported cars in fact.

1.3 if it came originally with it, don’t go for engine swapped car - must check this.

If budget allows going for a local car should be preferred.

No, it's an old under-powered entry level sedan. Most of these cars would give you problems. I had one and I sold it recently because of the never ending loop of fixing something only to find out another part has failed.
