Hmmm, meaning 40K + par CVT Fluid change is recommended (as I read elsewhere).

I bought mine at 17000 KM and monthly running avg is 750 so I am ok for 24 months for CVT.

Did you change it your self?
I read many people doing routine maintenance themselves... I've sent it to Toyota and plan to keep it that way.
Will I be paying excess for no good reason ? Can anyone train me so I can save money ?

Also do you guys just put plain water for wind washer or use something special ?

You still have some time before you change it. DO it at 40,000 km. ALso I did it through a workshop and supervised the whole thing myself and if I found them not doing it correctly I would correct them.

U get windshield washer fluid. Use that....

Nah, that doesn't make a difference. Gearbox isn't connected to the injectors

I meant that since its a used car and I just changed the cvt was thinking of this as the next maintenance :-p

You worry too much. Yes, you can go ahead with it only if the place you're getting it done from is reliable.

Otherwise send me your address n i will send u mine for scanning if u fancy. I will be off to work for a month so u will have enough time to make a copy n return back.

I can't really see the actual sensor you're trying to highlight.. Although I don't have anything in there.. I put my glasses there often

Since I can see a pioneer DVD set is installed, do you have navigation system ? coz in my case a box type GPS device was installed with DVD/NAV locally but they put it on DASHBOARD (Left corner)
