appreciate for both responses. i heard these jdm cars having immbolizers so copy keys cant work , from bilal gunj defiantly will get some other belta key than how to program it for my friend's belta ?

The buy I am talking about claims to have solutions for the above problem also.

Tell your friend to call a good key programmer over and get a new key made. Is his Belta push button start or does it have the key into ignition, switch?

I don't know anyone in Lahore, the Lahori's might be able to help you on that.

BTW, do get a conventional spare key made just in case.

In Karachi, a pair does not cost more than 10-12,000rs at maximum. That too from a front-end cut car.

Yes they say that they have to import original part thats why cost is high.

There is no immobilizer in Belta, any key can work
I have made two duplicates

jazakallah for all responces, frind got new key in rs 12000 asked 15000 rs but finaly paid rs 12k , its orginal belta remote key with re-programing , car was normal key ignation start and yes belta having immbolizer

Buddy, I was able to start the car with the duplicate key (made for 250Rs), So I don't think belta has the IMMobilizer, I was not able to start my previous car (Liana) with the duplicate key because Liana does have an immobilizer.

Hello Everyone,

Yesterday I went to Plaza here in Karachi and spent an hour and a half or so looking for the transmission chamber gasket and o-ring for my Belta but sadly couldnt get it. I only got the Toyota CVT-TC Fluid so I guess I have no choice but to simply do a drain / flush and refill with CVT fluid.

Can anyone suggest any auto spare parts shop in Karachi where I could get the gasket and also a good mechanic where I can go do the flush? I checked with Yazdani as recommended by murtaza_murti but they are insisting on opening up the chamber, which I dont wanna open until I get the original gasket and o-ring.

SO for the moment will only do the drain / refill process.

Tried but no luck so far. Murtaza said its better to remove the sump and clean but I guess wl just do the flush if I don't get the gaskets.

Opening of the drain sump is not a problem if done by a good mechanic. He will use good sealant for gasket and o ring can be reused also. This has been done in my Belta and its running fine. Hope this helps....

@zubair, Did your mechanic open the side bolt marked TC or the oval black cover in front to do the CVT refill?
