Month ego bought belta in karachi with own1kr engine i was facing a harsh vibration after 10 to 20km with ac car feels like tractor giving 5km/l average and pick issue also mechanic told me engine is overhauled and need to be replaced. After some research i have done general tunning with EGR and manifold proper cleaning it has carbon sludge in manifold also replaced the gaskit with original one previous gaskit was thick engine was not producing combustion because of it car feels underpower.
After doing this average goes to11km/l and vibration gone 80% hope this will help all the 1krfe owners
Note: oil change to 10 30pso and my car catalytic is broken.
