We used Rancho 9000 shocks with 2-3 inch lift

We used two sets of stock leafs of BJ40 to make one for ours.

1- Whether or not number of leaves were increased?
2- Whether or not vehicle be lifted with stock leafs?

Thanks my dear.It depends on auctioned vehicle condition.Usually auctioned FJ40 price is between 200K to 250K But now prices are high due to less availability of auctioned FJ40

Devil's Love (My Toyota BJ40/1984) with 1KZ-TE Automatic Transmission was suffering with over heat issues specially after 80 KM speed.We did everything to maintain its heat ( Upgrading Rediator,Dump pipe,) but everytime we end up with same result.Whenever speed goes up 80KM,heat start to go up.

Read on one Austrlian website that some early 1KZ-TE have issues with overheating and they modify head of engine for better water flow.Finally now we opened headand modified it for better water flow.Result is amazing.Now it maintains heat till 140KM so overheating issues resolved.

Assalaam Alaikum Sir, your pics and mods are inspiration. I have a FJ40 here in UAE.

I am planning to initiate a full resto on the car soon insha'Allah. Are those hubs and discs orignally belonging to the BJ 40 or did you have drums and modify these? If yes, could you confirm if you used 60series front hubs? What is the process? Could you kindly elaborate please?

I already replied u by email.I swapped complete Tube set (Front and Rear) with Prado 92 So all 4 wheels now have disc brakes.

Finally double Battery setup done.Both connected in Parallel so will have 12 Volt current.
