bro still lots of work pending ... stay tuned to this channel ... lol... im sure u will like it ....

Here are a couple of pictures of body work done properly ...... No filler!!! the sheet metal has been worked properly not requiring any fillers. Sadly there is not one body shop in Pakistan who has the skill to do this level of work. They all choose the easy way out and slap on filler.

Ah I see, so why the need for all this filler? If the panels are straight, then the next step is sealer then primer followed by top coat and then clear coat. no need for all this "manjai" etc. With filler it is hard to get the panel edges flat. There is usually a tell tale convex along the edges. Anyhow keep us posted on your progress.

ive already told u its k12 the thinnest putty used for that car whose body is straight ... after this phase i will post pix of clean body ... specially for u ....

Just concerned that your project comes out perfect. After all you are putting such a lot of effort into this project and those fender flares look outstanding that it deserves the best:) Keep up the great work. I will be looking forward to seeing pictures of the car before it goes into the paint booth

after cutting (one can easily see the traces of steel under the filler because after cutting the filler has became as thin as a trace paper )

Heh Heh....Thanks for remembering to take the time to update me. Son that is still too much filler. You should be having 90% metal and 10% filler if the base body work is done right. Look at the roof of this E-type Jaguar:

If care is not taken at the sanding stage, the end result will be wavy panels especially there will be a heavy concave at all the panels edges.

Just my two cents worth. Not trying to be over smart here.

Heh Heh....Thanks for remembering to take the time to update me. Son that is still too much filler. You should be having 90% metal and 10% filler if the base body work is done right. Look at the roof of this E-type Jaguar:

no no its alright sir ...
but its not finalized ...cutting and sanding is being done on machine ... after that they will do it by hand ... after the an undercoat and again sanding ... today he did work on boot lid .... the result was mouth watering ... 99 % filler was gone ... inshaALLAH ill be posting pix of it very soon

Looking good. Seems that you have been behind the denter to sand down the filler properly. Base coat is looking good too. However, just check the roof. I can see some problem in the basecoat. The reflection of the light off the basecoat on the roof doesn't look right. Also cup your hand around the lip of the trunk and run it from left side to right side and feel for lumps of filler under the lid. Look for proper panel work on the panels visible under the front and rear bumpers. Usually these get overlooked since they are below the bumper line and are seen when sitting in another car and looking your car. Rest of the job looks OK.
