Toyota CHR export certificate bogus?

Hi To All Experts Here,

I buy a Toyota chr unregistered. From sialkot and use this car for a month and then sell to another person.

When the other person go for registration in islamabad the excise office said your export certificate is bogus. So he talk to me and i talk to other person from i buy this car. He said come to me and i will registered your chr from punjab. But other person who i sold to not agreed on punjab registration.

So i make a call to pakwheels helpline and ask them for some help and thay send me here.

So any one help me about this matter. I will be very thankful to him.

export certificate - what is that ? Vehicle is non JDM auction shipped from elsewhere

Auction Houses in Japan does not auction vehicles which have any MLIT (Japanese registration authority) Error(s).

Vehicle purchase from an Auction House in Japan shipped out does not need an export certificate.
Please share where actually the vehicle has been shipped from. other then Japan.
In that case there is Global RED flag over vehicle chassis number. So far

To register a vehicle in Pakistan you need:

1. Original Bill of lading (shipping line issues that)
2. Proof of purchase - payment made by the shipper to seller as invoice from seller.
3. GD (Goods Declaration) issued by the Pakistan Customs upon clearance of vehicle from port
4. Copy of Passport & NICOP of person using the facility as expat.
5. Copy of CNIC to whom vehicle is shipped / Consignee name on item 1.

we also know it as auction sheet which is not a requirement for vehicle registration under any law.

whats' the issue in transfer if it is already a registered vehicle.

if it is unregistered that means vehicle is in possession of somebody who does not have complete import documents. please read post #2 and verify which document is missing with you. i'd suggest please verify the GD as well from customs / FBR to know if it is genuine import or a customs impound auction.
