sir please check for primary 12 volt battery it may be at end of life.
2ndly please locate a workshop which can perform scanning. The code is deciphered as 'communication error' which could be any lose connector between ECU Harness / HYBRID Battery connectors/ HYBRID drive unit.
with an old JDM car it is high probability that primary battery need replacement., only
