How much a complete tuning costs and after how many kms it should be done?
Which parts should be changed while a complete tuning?

Stock ones, or nearest to it.

May be around 1000~3000, services including inspection / cleaning of plugs, throttle body, changing air filter, etc.

after how many kms it should be done?

Min. 10,000 Kms.

Which parts should be changed while a complete tuning?

The parts which require replacements, most important being the air filter.
