Toyota Corolla 1.3 overheating on motorways

I have corolla 1.3, 120 k driven, my car heats up on constant speeds over 3 rpm on motorway What should I do, there is no water leakage, i think i have a weak thermostat valve, I have a clean radiator and water flow is norwal with revs. Expert opinion needed! Thanks

Take the thermostat out and test it in boiling water. Between head gasket is ok?

Yes im sure gasket is okay otherwise i have to refill the coolant

Also be sure about Fan turn on and turn off temperature points.

if problem is on highway only and works fines on local drive

@Hassan1991 idk bro let me check the thermostat first as u said, and what do think about the radiator cap? May be my radiator cant maintain its pressure on high speeds and my engine heatsup!

damaged fins etc
or internal water passages choked

Had a same issue, it was the rediator chocked. Apparently it had some of its coils choked.

Does reservoir bottle overflows when it heats up?

bad thermostat valve or choked radiator fins. also check for electric fan(s) working on auto

heating up only at motorway speed means that coolant flow is restricting at high revs, meaning either radiator is blocked and not enough coolant is passing through ...
or thermostat valve is not opening properly to allow enough coolant flow.

Check fan first. Then radiator and cap. Thermostat can be changed with genuine toyota.
