Toyota Corolla 1.8

Recently I bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla Altis 1.8 which is 107k driven. I recently changed its oil to Zic 10W-40 and got its tuning done. Before the oil change, it was giving a fuel average of around 10.5, but after the oil change, I reset its meter and fuel average, and it's now giving 6.6 avg, and it's driven almost 100 km after the oil change. Is it normal? What can I do to make the fuel average better? And since it's my first time with a 1.8 engine, what extra do I have to do to take care of the car? TIA

sir @zeeshanasgher1 you calculated fuel average over cluster display or validated with Tank full - Tank full process.

change air cleaner 1st. then top up tank, nozzle be at auto stop, from trusted fuel station, reset your Trip A - note down or snap pic of odo 6 digit display, drive around after half tank go back to same station same dispenser, note down no of liters to autostop of nozzle. subtract the present odo meter digits from previous ones, calculate the avg per liter.

Use motul 10w-40 or shell 10w-40
Trust
Used zic 10w-40 in my old gli and that engine did not like zic at all
Shell is api sp now if im not wrong go for it

cluster display is showing the avg, and i'll try doing what u said and see if theres any difference

hmm i'll try out the shell oil from a trusted fuel station next time
