Close all extra holes, hot air usually comes from those holes inside the cabin resulting in rise of temperature else sound deadening would be enough.
i have bought sheet made of some what plastic from the carpet shop. people put them under the room carpet in home. that sheet can stop the heat conduction. i bought it for the car to put it under the namda?
No idea which sheet your talking about. All sheets can't absorbe sound.

Jumbolon work's good for heat insulation purposes..BTW which thickness you bought?Sometime back i did the floor and firewall of my car and i used 12mm on floor and 8mm at firewall as the thicker one was disturbing the fitting of HVAC system...
i bought 12 mm but it is made of two layers, and these layers can be separated, what size is feasible?

I installed that in Khyber.I only had problem while applying it on firewall first i tried 12mm but the fittings for HVAC system went way off then tried 10mm but failed with that then 8mm served the purpose well...For floor i didn't had any problem using the 12mm one everything went like butter..
and what about the original namda?
