You also went for the cuts like Rehan Bhatti did in his Cultus....
Now use the stock thickness head gasket instead of the other type of gaskets available in market.
When i overhauled my car's engine my mechanic used the stock steel type head gasket instead of stupidly thick aftermarket gaskets and that made a huge difference.

Yeah he remind me actually about these grooves. I should thanks him. Mane bhot dair pehla phra tha but then forgot about them.
Ap search karo they are called as singh grooves and have science behind them.
Bhai vo ma sooch rha stock sa bhi thin lagaon ager market ma available hoe to. Thick ka to koe faida nae it decreases compression. In n/a you need high compression (keeping short)

Yup bhai i didn't knew about them before but the day Rehan told you about these i also did some research about this and these are really useful...
If i knew earlier i would have got this done too when the engine was opened for overhaul but at that time i only said my mechanic to get porting done....
If you know someone who makes custom copper gaskets then you can get one made according to your liking..

Mainay to jab engine overhaul karwaya tha uss time Faisalabad se mili hi nahi thi orignal head gasket.
Special mechanic ne Lahore se mangwai thi i guess Mumtaz Auto's Montgomery road se...
Yahan sbb wohi gatayy ki type wali mill rahi thi.

valves are back on.
polished seats of valves except repaired ones....my father helped me in it.
colored the tappet matt black.
adjusting the valves clearance right now.
insha ALLAH will complete it within this week.

I need few parts for my 86 Corolla and need suggestion too

1. Sun Visor for my car as i currently changed it with Vitz but it is not fitting properly.

2. i need GT style grill, from where i can get.

3. one left side fender Gola is missing.

4. i have some issue with my headlight it is not as much bright any work arround.
