I am having a very low average pn petrol in city and on motorway it gives about 13 to 14 km/l

Brother it's totally fine.
9-10 km/l in local
13-14 on long is ok for these old engines.
You can slight improve it by 1-2km/l by driving on light foot or hypermiling. Plus do some checkup maintenance like filters, spark plugs and using correct engine oil.
Also check thermostat, if not present put one.

Thermostat is present and changed the spark plugs.
What if i change the injectors?
A person suggested me to put vitz fuel iniector

Use any good brand shell, total pso 10w-40 oil if car is not reducing oil.
Don't ever put different injectors.
The performance will decrease and engine will be destroyed in long term.
Many people had try this putting Vitz injectors which give less petrol so in result highway mileage drop beacuse injectors are giving less petrol and you need to press the acceleration more to maintain speed.
Pick will be less and car struggles to go above 100-120km/h.
