Highway it gives 13-14 km

Just Done with running of car is it necessary for change oil after 500 km.
Changed oil on 800 and went to Kashmir on with 5 persons sitting.

Petrol Grage 95 fill for 2000 better performance on this fuel cleared clyner carbon.

Car RPM is on 1000 why is not on 0 ?

kindy help with this.
