I am thinking about buying Toyota Corolla 2.0 D Indus Shape. I want to know about the build quality and Fuel Economy.
Amazing build quality, economy around 14 local and 16 long
Thanks for your comments. Is this as per your personal experience?
Build quality, yes, economy variates based on how maintained the car is, i just averaged out all the figures that i had gathered from different people owning this car, I own 2006 2.0d, has the same engine, does almost similar to this
Thanks. Can you share highest and lowest figures?
best bodydashing drivefuel economy much better than Indus carburetor and Efi 16-valve petrol cars,my own experience.i have one 2.od 2000 model i purchased about month ago.
Thanks for your feedback. Can you please give a number? i mean 15 KM/L or around 20 KM/L. I have heard that it can go upto 20 KM/L, many people say that it can do 17 KM/L in city.
The highest achieved was 21, and the lowest i recall was 12
Thanks for your feedback. Also is there any difference between local manufactured and imported one?
1> I didn't calculated the millage by my self but only the way to calculate is to full the tank.2> I also heard that a diesel car can do 15+ and i am sure it can.3> 17 km/L in city is impossible because of Rush, signals, and first and second heavy gear.4> one more thing it depends on car condition like Engine,5> Pump, diesel filter, nozzles and timely change of oil and air filter have important role in fuel average of diesel car.
I don't recall ever seeing an import diesel in this shape, most import diesels come with a 3c, 2200cc
