2011 GLI, 153000 on ODO, which engine oil is the best? I am using Zic 10w40 but now there is too much engine noise? I am hoping that it is not because of engine oil. If it is then please suggest good engine oil grading?

I have XLI 2010. 320000 on ODO. i am using Havoline 30W50 but fuel average is not good, i am getting 13.5 on motorway on light foot. and in city 9 to 10 with AC on. Need oil grade suggestion. also car takes long sulf when engine is hot.

Thanks brother. Should i use synthetic oil or normal. Also i baught the car about two months ago and i changed the oil as dealer told me. now oil change is due. Should i change the grade or i should continue 20W50 for atleast 40k kilometer. Because dealer was not sure about the grade owner was using.
Fully synthetic comes in 5w or 0w only & not recommended. You can switch to Havoline 10w-40 SL.
