yes these cars are reconditioned by company.
you must hire an expert painter to check the original paint for such a high price tag.
because locally showered clean cars are between 3-5 depends upon overall condition.

Owner says no penny to be spent on it. If at all i go for suspension overhaul how much would it cost for A1 work. Are new original shocks and bushes available in Rwp/ isb? It it wise to buy this car for this price?

yes original rear shocks and all suspension bushes available in Rawalpindi. i have kept one and replaced all original items and they are reliable.
if you really want this car then use your negotiation skills to reduce the price.

its hp and torque is more than regular 4k hence it was top of the line model.
there are more vaccum pipes in it and difficult to tune for our local mechanics. thats the reason majority 4kII are swapped with 5k 7k engines.

not much expensive. max 1.5 to 2k for rear shocks pair.
dont remeber the exact price of bushes.

if you want a daily use car then dont recommend to invest.
if its your weekend car and you have enough budget for 3rd or 4th then you can go for it but try to negotiate. these cars have almost no buyer when you plan to sell her at this price tag.
