I have toyota corolla 97 its engine was replaced with a 1600CC EFI engine. Its engine no starts with 5A. Could any one tell me how to find exact model no of engine and model nos of sensors used in this engine? Especially MAP sensor.

That's 3rd gen 5afe. 1.5cc not 1.6cc
Map number is 89420-xxxxx

Dear Hassan much Thanks for your reply. Actually i am stuck with a problem that my corolla stops after 2 or 3 km and do not start, if i give it a rest of 5 min then it starts and again stops after a min or two. Mechanic diagnose problem with MAP sensor. He changed it and new sensor worked well for about 1 month and now same problem occur again. The last MAP sensor which worked for 1 month has model no 89420-12070 and i don't know the original sensor model no installed before it. Now he tried different models of sensor starting with 89420 but the problem is not resolving. Please give me some suggestion on this problem.

It can be fuel pump
Map sensor is diagnosed after scanning the car?
Except 1st gen other gens map can be replaced. In Pakistan it's difficult to get exact item so that's the option. Yes map sensor is cored in ecu. I can't say engine will work 100% with different sensor but it will work to limit that's enough.
A fault map sensor causes fluctuations, missing etc but only in worst case engine will stop.

No he did not scan car ECU.
I am finding mechanic in my area to scan ECU And the problem is occurring in CNG too so how it could be a problem of fuel pump?

No then it's not fuel pump.
A faulty ecu can also cause this. But first get it scanned.

The problem of stopping of car is resolved because there was lose electric wiring which was found and fixed by electrician.
Car run fine for some months and now its RPM rises to 2000 in idle or when i press clutch. But it is 1000 for CNG. This high RPM (or race) on petrol is causing a loud buzzing sound and extra fuel consumption. Since it is EFI so no way to reduce petrol manually. Also its card model is old and mechanic's scanning devices are not supporting its ECU scan. Please share your suggestions on how to resolve this problem.
