Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6 facelift Fuel Tank and Range problem

i have Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6 facelift, when i was buy it in dec, 2017, after filling the fuel tank it show rang of 500km, after using few month it show Rang 450 km, but when i was send it to toyota for 5000 km services n check. when filled the gass tank it show rang of 350 km, even i was filled the gass tank let over flow to check it but still showing 350 km range, like to know what is the range of Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6 facelift or is there problem in it infotainment system.

Thats the mileage that your car displays? range is calculated based on how you drive it, if your car is showing an average of 8kml, 8*45=360km

There is an option in the menu to reset the fuel average on refilling the tank.. So that every time you will refill it will give you the calculated range based on that.. Currently your overall fuel average must be reducing thats why you are seeing reduced range over the time.

Fill the tank to brim. Reset the meter. Drive a 100 kms and then check range and km/l.

Fuel tank capacity of corolla is 55 liters. Not 45 plz

Do u mean to say his avg is 6.3 kms per liter. I don't think so. Must be an error of system

if you start your car, and leave it to idle, your average on the meter drops to 4 km/l. His car must have idled quite a bit, he just needs to reset his average meter and all shall be good
