Hi I wanted to know what should be the price of Altis 1.8 2016 6 Speed manual, car is 2017 Islamabad registered and only 9000 driven. Also does Altis 1.8 have bad re-sale?

Yes very poor resale value in long run.
Look for used Grande or 1.8 Cvt instead.
But what should be price of vehicle with above mentioned specs.

This is a car that few people desire, so if you want a market price, that would be properly low, but if you want its actual worth, that won't be too bad. It would just take a long time to sell as people usually don't prefer manual anymore
Brother altis has resale but lower than grande and altis 1.6. Resale in corolla is 1) Gli 2) Altis 1.6 3) Grande Cvti 4) Altis Cvt 5) altis manual
Dont buy manual car specially if it is above 1300 cc
Brother same is for civic, although from last 11 yrs its only comming in 1800CC. Whereas auto civics have high resale with full options, but manual ones donot have good resale.
