want to buy a car but confused between 2012-14 Altis 1.6 and 2014-16 Gli 1.3..any suggestion?
should i go for newer shape or better engine and features?

My suggestion is to go for 2012-14 1.6 GLi Automatic, best value for money in my opinion.
But, if you want to buy new shape, then I would suggest you buy 2014-16 manual GLi as GLi Auto is an underpowered car, better to get a clean Corolla Altis 2012-14.

The rest is your choice.

Altis 12-14 for sure,have been using it for quite a while,its a fun and reliable car to drive,with good average in city as well as on long routes and low maintenance if you find a nicely maintained car

Finally decided to go with Altis 1.6 6-speed..
so far happy with my decision but my family is hating me for buying same old shape...cuz i have kept this shape twice for almost 6 years in 1.3 Gli. They think it's the same car

Bro this shape is better in drive than new shape.It has better roadgrip compared to new one.New Gli doesn't even have retractable side mirrors.Congratulations for ur ride ️

Guys there is a small problem with my car. any help will be appreciated.
The man I bought my car from had steering controls installed in it. To install those steering controls he has disabled airbag system. There is a check light and warning message displayed in meter.
Previous owner gave me original trimmings and airbag sensor. he says that if I want to turn off the warning light, just go to any local electrician and remove these steering controls with original ones and put the sensor back on, that will make car's airbag working again.
now my question to you people is that is there any way to keep both of these things at the same time?.. cuz i don't want to lose steering controls and also can't stand that check light which makes the car look accidental.
