Toyota Corolla Altis 2012 fuel average

What's the fuel average for Toyota Corolla Altis 2012? Mine is giving 11-11.2 max in city with AC and I drive with a very light foot. Fuel filter, plugs, air filter, fan belt, oil, tyres all recently changed. And I use half hi octane too, I haven't checked the CAT yet. Any tips on how to increase average?
