That is rather interesting. If the demand is there, then I don't see why Toyota's numbers are showing a decline instead of a growth compared to Haval, to the point that they've had to do a price cut (even if temporary). Maybe IMC's production issues are worse than they've let on?
Looking at released numbers for recent months:

- Haval - 824 Sold

- Haval - 949 Sold
We will not see the impact of the price cut until we get numbers for September and October but it definitely seems like the Cross was not selling at it's previous price, considering Toyota Airport is still having trouble selling it.
I would expect the price cut to have some bump in sales and maybe even force Sazgar to cut prices on their lineup as well eventually, specially on the Jolion which directly competes with the Cross.
