but you didnt shared the consumer ratings which matter most..the references that you shared are for like 1 or two issue per 10k or 1k vehicles on the road.. do you know how much toyotas are sold and on the road? even their one corolla is the most selling in the world so these references mean much less .. i also know that toyota is having issue in their v6 tundras and some other cars they have recalled almost 100,000 such cars ..even mercedes and other brands also face issues in newer cars its completely normal .. you didnt get my point neither did the other person whose clearly envious against the fact that toyota is more reliable then other companies simple as that ..his three replies are example of that

As soon as they started turbo charging the engines, they are done with reliability part. Brand new GR Corollas catching fire for no reason.

I knew the demand will be high for BYD vehicles hence I booked after an hour when bookings opened around 10:00 AM on the first day of auto show. Alhamdulilah I got January delivery with 7kW free charger. Free charger was a limited time offer for those who booked early. My guess was correct about the demand, now the delivery times have reached till April all this with no physical experience center or dealership. I am sure the delivery times will go further up once they open the company operated experience centers in December in 3 major cities (Khi, Lhr, Isb).

If you decide to book Sealion 6 once the pricing is announced and bookings are opened, I would suggest do it early.

does corolla cross have a heat pump or conventional ac? Whenever we start climate control the ac also turns on even if the temperature is set at 28. But hot air does blow out of the vents. Any expert?

Corolla Cross doesn't have a heat pump AFAIK, so it uses a conventional A/C. Some Toyota hybrids from around the same time use a supplementary PTC heater as well to quickly warm the air when the engine is off, but I'm not sure if the Corolla Cross also has that since it's usually not as efficient.

The A/C turns on because it needs to dehumidify the air as well and that's typically needed when you turn on heating.

This is the reason AC turns on by default and in some vehicles you cannot turn it off. It's common now in many modern vehicles with automated climate control feature.

Not fault but just things that annoyed me , loud engine noise when its not on hybrid, on motorways going at 150 felt like the car was taking alot of load
Also just 30L fuel tank capacity especially on motorways etc its the same as my kia picanto.
Back seats were congested and the width was less , ground Clarence is also non existent from the front , although looks decently raised from the back

Leg space is about an inch shorter than the Corolla sedan.
No faults so far, but for some reason, every Toyota car sold by IMC has its headlight and fog-light beams adjusted way too low or they just ignored it, at least they can be adjusted ourselves. Just like Yaris, the suspension is quite bouncy, you have to really slow down on sharp bumps.
The performance on hybrid felt similar to Altis 1.6 but we kind of regret buying one since it's not being driven a lot, as 5000 km in a year doesn't seem enough. We wished we had gone for the base non-hybrid variant, which would have been more than enough for us.
