It's main purpose is to clean and kill the bacteria and mould. My AC was working fine but did this as preventive maintenance. No harm of doing it every six months, even earlier as it's not that expensive.
I have tried an aerosol spray for ac cleaning in same pattern but it was not foam producing.the results were amazing as the damp smell which had set in got cleared.

No idea. Open the fresh air vent and run ac at full blower and then check around the bottom of windshield and wipers area, you will hear noise.

U dont need both things under normal circumstances
If u used some bad fuel then may be but 45k is nothing. Plugs are good till 80k kms in any case

Should we remove cabin filter for this cleaner? I mean how can the cleaner pass through the cabin filter to the evaporator??
I checked with a friend who did it. He said no need to remove it. Instructions on the can also do not say so.
Update : I opened the filter and found lots of bugs and even a small shopping bag on it. Also there were signs of fluid passed from it. Had I removed it, all that dirt and bugs which had been accumulating around the air intake duct would have gone into the ac condenser.
After removing the bugs it looks like this. Will change it today.
My first Oil change is due next week. I want to pour Liquimoly or Mobil 1 5w30 fully synthetic but dealerships in Islamabad are not accepting oils other than Taglon X 5w30 semi synthetic to keep intact warranty. Kindly share your practical reviews regarding Taglon X. My car is Altis 1.8. Please reply
