Sold for 3850.. car was super pristine Alhamdulillah. Now i got rs turbo… good change for me. Oriel was never my cup of tea

That’s a good price. Mine is getting offers from low ballers in the range of 32. Not pristine condition I must say but still no repaints and no dents. Just a couple of dings and few bumper scratches. 2017 FL white 52K driven, Karachi regd and in KHI.
I was expecting it to go for around 34-35 but now it seems I will have to let go around 33.5. Anyone interested, do get in touch.

Frankly speaking, at this price I would have loved to keep it but got a Civic X from work and don’t have space for two sedans. Will get a hatch as a replacement.

Major issue is karachi registration.. here islamabad and Lahore number are selling well over other cities.

Secondly the delayed delivery is another issue, plus this will continue for year or so as guaranteed now. Right now you cannot find a pristine condition civic rebirth under 3 million here in Lahore.

Low ballers are mostly investors. In Pakistan, just set the price And have the holding midset.. you will always get the right buyer but never get inpatient. Also never listen to word of mouth etc. i sold a city manual black 2016 in May for 2062k when people were pushing me to sell at 1900k… holding power is the biggest thing. Cars pay on condition as well but mostly sell well by just holding and waiting for the customer to reach you not vice versa

Exactly.. never sell lower than the value just because of some clowns on facebook. They don’t even own a 70 and comment on all expensive cars. Trust me ur cannot find a clean pristine grande even in 3550k easily

Spend few bucks on good detailing and u will get better buyers as well. People buy then detail and earn extra easily. A clean car with genuine paint shows seriously showroom like finish afterall

Mine is 18 model . Gray Graphite with 46k on odo. Only left left rear door is repainted (near lower border). Bumper has some scracthes while interior is in pristine condition.Driven in islamabad.

I sold ISB registered 2018 Altis 44k driven for 28 lac 2 months ago with repainted front right fender and front driver door. While driving you could hear road noise alot due to seals I guess and the engine block was also replaced due to accident. So you might get an idea as Altis 1.6 was around 32-33 for a mint car at the time. This goes to show that in Pakistan there's no loss in cars as I sold the car 1 Lac more than what I bought it for.

What about bumper's paint. My front bumper is also sprayed. Does this also affect price?

You should have dry denting instead of repaint or keep as it is. In Pakistan dent is better than a repaint in terms of resale value. Usually bumpers are not counted but its better if its genuine.
