Yes it does say so for november deliveries. But full payment is when you book tbrough bank and payorder is of full amount from start... Partial payment is when you pay 5lac and pay remaining 45days prior.... Anyways its bit technical previously they charged hiked price this time they have done it differently so hopefully people with full payment dont have to bear the burden....

The variant I got booked is Altis 1.6
I called my dealership to confirm about paying 1 lack extra and they mentioned if complete amount is already paid then there is no need I also asked that I didn't pay complete draft at the time of booking and they said Toyota never booked with complete payorder before pBo is generated
