As suspected, insurance didn't do anything for tyre damage. However, I was told later on that if you tell them the tyre was damaged by hitting a footpath, then they will give you claim.

But they will only give 50% for tyre and if I get it from Toyota, the tyre will cost me just as much woth insurance as it would cost me from outside.

Another guy at Toyota suggested me to cut the tyre after a while and lodge a claim as accidental. Claiming insurance in Pakistan is not an easy task specially without deception it seems...

Bro, ALI series was issued by the Islamabad Excise office earlier. There was overwhelming response to it, be it any number in it. Big shots came into play as well. So they stopped issuing numbers of this series. Now, with only a very strong reference you could get some number.
A friend managed to reserve a 2 digit ALI series no a week ago via DC ISLAMABAD.

in my opinion instead of buying a 2018 car now its better to get a slightly used 2017 corolla(facelift) as the price difference is very significant.
