Well i booked the car in mid jan at which time they gave me delivery month as March but then Indus told me delivery has been made early and that if i pay early then will get delivery in February. Basically i had been misguided and fooled

No brother they said 115k tyre 90k rim. Moreover they quoted 15 lacs to fix damage to undercarriage like front mounts,oil chamber and front suspension. I mean WTF!!! The car looks fine and the damage is not more than 3 lacs. The car is cosmetically perfect except front bumper. ( they said if engine is seized due to loss of oil then 20 lacs). I mean are they retarded or something.

I took the car to another workshop and he qouted only 4 lacs to fix the car. No parts will be repaired all will be replaced still 4 lacs compared to Toyotas 15 lacs. Toyota should be ashamed for charging such astronomical prices.

I think they are charging me more because the car is insured. So they think the insurance company will meet there demands

Yar showroom prices are always very high due to taxes etc. Secondly..a genuine part is expensive than an oem one. Basically dealership is putting ur car in total loss case. Aftermarket repairing will save u a lot of money with oem parts. Every genuine part is almost twice as expensive then standard oem one available in market. Rest is the taxes...and then comes the unrealistic higher labour.

I also feel totally betrayed, misguided and fooled by toyota. They deceived me and took early money. Now no news of commitment delivery, no reply to emails. Dealership saying talk to indus or CR department. I want to claim my money back alongwith compensation for deceivingly taking money earlier than scheduled. Can i do that? What is the way?

Haha. What email. They haven't replied to my 20 emails. What do expect now. How to threat someone who doesn't even respond. Lagta hae bara choona lag gaya. Trusted the toyota text service and deposited the money. Not even sure if money went to indus. Asked dealer, he gave no proof. Said pohanch gayi go gi payment, no worry

I have the receipt. But i can't digest their careless attitude of customer service by not even replying. Main to kehta hon ab bayshak car na dain but jawab to dain. This ignoring behaviour is unbearable.
