Matter doesn't seem relaxing as i read on fb that all those who filed after 15 Dec 2018 will now be shown as inactive for the whole year. This is really annoying. 1st of all being a govt employee, i had been paying taxes since 16 yrs 2ndly they kept my status active for two months during which time i booked my car and all. Now the day my car reaches dealership and is ready for delivery. BOOM ! I become non filer for the remaining year. How unfortunate.

I totally agree. This is a world wide trend. Possibly one reason could be that Honda designs and manufactures their transmissions themselves. Unlike majority of other car makers who get them from companies like Aisin, ZF, Getrag, BorgWarner, etc.

Bro talk to fbr. Issue should resolve. Worst case scenario would be that you pay withholding tax of a non filer i.e. 50k more. Your car won't be cancelled at all انشاءاللہ. My prayers and best wishes for you brother.

Same thing happened to my mom , we bought the car and when we went to register,they told my mom that she was a non filer all of a sudden 🤦‍♂️..so she called her lawyer and he got it resolved in 2 days , so contact a lawyer and you can get that fix .

Is that right kay non filers are still not allowed to buy even cars upto 1300cc? Wasn't that decision given in Jan by Govt. Dealer says circular still not received. Not at all in favour of non filers. But just asking

got the car fixed for 6 lacs insurance paid 4.5 i paid 1.5 lacs. going for total loss was a no go as they would pay me according to the invoice i paid in 2017 and as you know invoice has gone sky high. if i had gone for total loss i would have to pay 10 lacs extra to get a new car whereas it cost me 1.5 lacs to fix this one. (i didnt say the engine was seized toyota said that and it was total bullshit)

On the side note, it would be good if Honda Atlas launches its Civic 1.5 Turbo.

Yeah! And the waiting time for 1.6L Altis will shoot to 18 months now.

Pretty sure the price will increase in the upcoming months. Sad that it will be more costly to enjoy the top of the line models.

Honda still has City but it is quite old and the price has shot up to 22 lakhs and it lacks a ton of features, not sure if they have introduced airbags in the past few months, to my surprise, people still consider 1.3 & 1.5 City with a 10-year-old design.

They can still do better if they will introduce the new shape City to Pakistan. So far we have rumors.
