Well its not the profit, look i bought civic in 2018, foe invoice price 2735k now if i sale it it would fetch me 32lacs easily with all tbe fluctuation so on the hindsight you would say i make 5 lacs profit but in actuall its not the case, if i am to buy brand new civic or Grande it would again cost me 35lacs in current scenario so 10% dep is still there isnt it....

Sir in that case...turbo means ,30% depreciation..i m just considering your formulae as true.. a car without any accident goes for invoice price or more than that...ofcourse it can never give profit on the current price of car.

Profit is on the value u spent at the time of purchase.. turbo costed ,3100k to owner at that time and now he fetched 2640k means he wants to get turbo again..then he needs almost 900k:) while for oriel u need max 2-3 lacs..hope this clarifies..same applies to grande as well where facelift model is even a better seller due to additional gimmicks and features

Where are the newly delivered cars parked at the dealerships? Out in open? I asked the dealer to send me few pics of my delivered car and it was out in open among many other brand new cars in a dirty back plot.
2ndly do u think so many cars as seen in the pic are ready for delivery at one given time at a Toyota dealership?

In Lahore..near EME society.cars are unloaded from Karachi and are parked.every dealership picks its cars drive to the showroom and then wash. I gave special request to no wash my car and deliver me as it is. Reason was to avoid all the swirls which okky gets induced due to desi washing methods

Any special tips for inspecting car before delivery?
I would be hiring pakwheels inspection team specially to check any repainted panels. 2ndly i also have a detailed check list with me. I know, many things can be claimed later through warranty too but anything specific u experienced guys wanna suggest?

When will you get your caR in hand?

Well, after getting stuck in the no man's land, i tried to request indus for transferring it to my mother's name who's a filer. They simply denied it saying transfer of name not in policy. Then i was offered two options.
1. Submit extra 1 lac of non filer tax and get delivery.
2. Cancell booking, get refund and re apply in mother's name.
Option 2 seemed to involve couple of months so opted for option 1. Submitted PO to dealership today. It will take 2-3 days for indus to acknowledge it through NCS banking system. Then I'll get my delivery, meanwhile new invoice will be generated which I'll collect later.
So i think the lucky day would be around coming Tue or Wed.

Have the car washed with just water...now inspect every single painted part and also verify interior for nay damages. Check all lights door rubbers..sunroof inner borders..etc.manuals....major thing is to check any scratch or touch up mu must accept a flawless piece because once u sign...there is no way back

Ok, for the sake of guidance, what claim am i entitled to if i find a minor scratch say on the bonnet or the door. What should i do?

Sir sharafat to yahan hai nhn..u can however reject to take delivery.i did that in 2009 for cultus..and after 1 week of zalalat.. suzuki dealership changed the car..urs will be fine inshallah..in Pakistan imc quality is best among 3 idiots.
