Won't really encourage you to install these as when you remove them, the glue sticks to the lights and makes them blurry. It happened to my Headlamps.

Good quality tint don't damage the plastic. But mostly used locally is of pathetic quality and badly damages the light

Why remove that?

After few months, plastic will get fade or scratched..and eventually u have to remove them.. there is nothing permanent in customization

yeah, likes of 3m. while rest of the plastic get too associated with the lights and at times it needs to be removed using blades, which ends up in buffing and restoring the lights eventually.

Dear fellows

I intend to have my gli m/t first oil changed with 5w30. I called various dealerships for availability of 5w30 oil, their replies were

1. Toyota clifton: japanese tinned pack available around 6k

2. Toyota Southern: mobil1 5w30 with drain interval 10k available only for 7.3k

3. Toyota defence: 5w30 not available and they said me to bring my own oil for changing

What you guys suggest? Is it appropriate to go to Toyota Southern and have mobil1 poured in? Will that be genuine oil and against right price ?

Or shall i go to toyota defence and take my own oil along which i intend to get Toyota japanese 5w30 tinned pack or i stick to toyota clifton and get that what they are offering?

I was initially inclined towards taglon. But have noticed slight vibration in engine around 2-2.6k rpm bracket in 3 different manual pre/ facelift 11th Gen corollas (manual tranny). Though couldn’t get chance to observe in auto or altis variants. Among those cars, 1 was poured with taglon and 2 with 20w 50 toyota oil. Other than this phenomenon, cars were observed with no anomaly. I m perplexed that whether this phenomenon is due to higher viscosity grade oil? Can any senior member shed some light on it? @capsat @Xulfiqar @haseeb.basharat.. please guide me

If you wanna bring your own oil than total 5w30 is best oil for bucks. Fullysynthetic api sn and ilgsac5 rated.

I used mobil 1 5w50 in my 1.8 cvti for 35k kms with 10k drain intervals. Price was too much for me as well. I have switched to total 5w30 at 84k kms, and there is no noticeable difference. Fuel economy slightly improved.

As far vibration at 2-2.3 k rpm is concerned than that is due to a wrong viscosity of oil imo.

In the end, yaar i'm not a senior I might be younger than you. Capsat sir and Xulfiqar sir are senior citizens No offense

Total costed me 3000rs/4.2L in open packing from authorised pump.
Mobil 1 costed me 7200/4.2L from authorised distributor.

At the end of the day as long as oil is original It won't harm your engine. Fake oil will ruin your engine.

Being offered by toyota. They must be authorised dealer of Mobil. Get it without any doubt.
