Went for first oil change at Toyota Capital ( i9, Islamabad).
Got the car back with a ball point mark on car seat. After much discussion with the service advisor (read nagging), nothing can/will be done about it.
I have tried to clean the mark at home, but it doesn't go away. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Apx can clean it easily. Well since u may not have apc..take a eraser/rubber and rub it.....
Rubber will do the job...apc with slight agitation of brush can also make it disappear.
Avoid thinner...its leather on the upper side...it will permanently damage

I have encountered this and I wiped the leather gently with a damp cloth (microfiber towel) soaked in soap based solution and it worked. The next day, I got a darker shade seat covers installed on the existing ones
