Today after multiple emails and follow ups.. dealership has allowed me to bring any oil i want but they want me to buy filters from them..i think fair enough as it will keep my warranty intact... finally i can start using quartz 9000

Yeah. Glad that I bought the 1 liter extra, I won't have to bother going to the pump to buy a new one. However, the car has been giving me excellent performance regardless of that. But still should pour that 200ml into the engine just to be safe. Better safe than sorry.

Sir ye Corolla buhat dheet hai wasay...office cars are mostly using shell hx3 20w-50 and are over 100k kms without issue. But i always like to stick to books

4 liter per bhee level theek hota ha in the middle, 4.2 per zara max kay qareeb hota ha. Overfilling is bad and a little less, upto half mark on dipstick is ok.

Last time when I turned my car in for maintenance, it cost me 15k, with air filter, oil filter, cabin filter, Total oil.

Also got the cabin filter AKA A/C filter changed because the old one had gone beyond the stage of cleaning. However, after that, I noticed I didn't get influenza as frequently as I used to. All thanks to the clean air pouring into the cabin. Cooling significantly improved as well.

Just a thought, may help others.

Poured the reaming 200ml oil. Will tell if it brings any difference in the fuel economy. Which I doubt. But we'll see.

Why are these Euro Star tires so ugly looking? They look like as they're barely bearing the weight of the vehicle, especially the front ones, they look so mushy from the bottom which looks as if the air is low in those tires. Overall gives the tires really unattractive look. I have seen the tires of other brands, which I think provides a better grip on the road and doesn't look as mushy as the general tires are... Can't really expect the quality from general tires.
