I got it for 3,000 from Hamza Younus Autos Saddar, Rwp. I bought for top ups. There is one liter pack as well which you can use for top ups. But make sure it is Toyota SLLC (Super Life Long Coolant) not LLC.

It also comes in one liter concentrated pack and you can make 50/50 solution but not in plane water but make sure it is distilled water for longer coolant life.
