So the car was in sleep mode for last 2-3 weeks. So far there was some minor things to be dealt with like proper fitting of some plastic panels inside, bonnet, trunk alignment and compound polish Done. Finally managed some time to make the inside trunk looking good and complete.Got the side carpet in places from poshing Wala uncle g and made a proper size trunk gatta with carpet fitting on top.Plus the universal Corolla tray to avoid mess on carpet Now the trunk looks completed. Also bought all required equipment jack, bolt opener etc in proper bag.
Okay sir
MAshALLAh its looking awesome bhai. HOw about if you do something with the white areas left inside ? If you manage to get black carpet molded to the shape of these white areas. and the white area jaha trunk lock hai. or b zada achi lage gi
As the whole car was painted fresh so that white area was looking good & clean. Hence didn't cover it.Inshallah will definitely do it in future.About the lock area I was looking for the plastic piece of that area but sadly couldn't find it so left it as it was. I prefer the white. To me the contrast looks good.
Plastic piece nahi bhai carpet black wali thek hai ya phir ajkal wo rubber matt jo mostly gario k bumper k top pe laga hota hai for protecting bumper to load and unload any stuff in the boot. White acha tou hai lekan wo OEM OEM wali feel nahi ae gi plus koi chez rakhte etc hua paint he kharab ho jana.. Baki ap ko jesa thek lage
Ok sirWill get carpet soon in the above stated areas. Thanks
Btw we've shocks for ae90 if someone needs it, let us know
Details.New kyb ones?Front or rear? With springs or without.
Whatsapp me on 03455072961I'll show you the pictures... Every part is 10/10, we've converted the car to 2zzge so upgraded to coil overs and bigger and four wheel disc so old brake systems is also available with hubs.
Update 13/Dec/2019.So after using the vehicle for 2 months decided to do some little work which was considered ok before.
The steering column ( hydraulic steering) wasn't change earlier considering it to be ok have now been giving some issues like having some noises on broken roads. So repaired the column + new rubber for steering foundation.Price: 2300 for repairing ( khaird Wala). 500 for rubbers for foundation. 600 for hydraulic fluid.
Rear springs were a little high. So bought kabli lower springs 1" less than old ones.Price: 800 for both rear springs.
Also rear brake pads were not Changed last time beacuse they were still 50% left but still changed it this time for peace of mind. Price: 1300 for rear brake pads.
Mechanic took 2000.All work was done from 1pm to 5pm so time taken 4 hours.
Old pads still half left.
Before. Old springs had 8 coils.
After. This one has 7 coils.
Brakepads kon se ? labour zada ni li mistry ne
I don't remember the exact name but something like Asuk brand.Nah 2000 is fine bro.Front steering column opening + fitting + rear shocks and springs fitting + also open front shocks for checking. Also he do whatever I say on time and agrees with me on every point plus I always get preference over others so I don't negotiate with him. Or agar ma 1500 be de deta tho 500 ziada se kuch fara nahi parta jub apki marzi ka Kam hojaye.
Labour is fine sir, specially when ustad g performs the job according to your taste.
A little correction...These are called brake shoes...Pads are used in front disc brakes also know as discs commonly, which is also a wrong term.
I hope you won't mind.
Asuki ?
Thanks.Yes I know about front ones they are called brake pads so thought maybe back ones are also called pads.
Yes sir.
