So after 2-3 months finally free from my University and exams so back at home.
First thing to do was coolant replacement.
Also I had check the thermostat valve a month ago it was perfectly fine and rust free so didn't remove it this time.
I had drain the radiator 2 times with water in December and put distilled water. It was running fine and was clean from any rust or dirt.
Here is the condition pic taken today.

Bought this caltex coolant from sadar pindi don't remember name of shop but it was Rs 860/L.
Also this distilled water from local shop 40/bottle. Bought 6 of them some for ups batteries.
Here is the drain plug and water coming out is also clean so far so good.
So put half litre coolant in empty bottle and added half litre distilled water in remaining coolant, mixed it up.
So packed every thing closed and also filled up the reservoir bottle.
Started the car and filled the remaining coolant.
Radiator + expansion bottle took total 4L.
Took a test drive and everything seems fine. Ac is good, heater also working. Temperature needle in middle same as before. Hopefully radiator will be good and rust free for next 50000 km.
