Toyota corolla Gli Rough idle/Fluctuating RPM issue

Hello everyone!
Need sincere and expert advice.
I own a toyota corolla 2015 auto,gli 1.3!
I am facing issue of rough idling on D or R, it is fine on P or N mode.
Actually car doesn't vibrate when rpm are 850+(which occur in P or N mode) but as soon as any load is put on car, like lights, ac , RPM fall to around 500,600!!
Which cause shaking.
Can anyone refer me to a parha likha mechanic who can actually diagnose the issue, rather than trying changing/cleaning everything!!

Please do the throttle body service and then calinrate it through any scan tool.

Already did throttle once from toyota: that didnt seems to help, rather as far as i can remember, problem become more noticeable after they did my throttle body cleaning.
It was done around 15k Km ago.
I got it serviced again without removal as it seemed clean on inspection but it only solved the issue for few hours, it came right back.

Servicing the throttle blade without removing it cause the full close position malfunction and this rough idle junps in.
So dissassemble it and service it manually and you will be good to go and never spray any cleaner in the engine.
