Forget all the modifications. I personally don’t prefer cars with mods as one is not sure if the wiring and fittings were done properly.
But if you like it, then focus on inspecting the suspension thoroughly. Make sure shock absorbers are in good condition, no leakages anywhere and no weird sounds on bumps.
I don’t know if you can confirm but make sure the engine burns absolutely no oil. Make sure AC cooling is perfect.
Ensure the car has no major accident and repainted panels. Inspect the bonnet area.
In short just get it inspected by a good service provider.
Look at prices of this model in the market to get an idea. But don’t add cost of any of the mods to the cars price in my opinion.
Oh by the way city driven only is not an advantage in any sense. Engine has least load on highway, not inside the city. More load on the suspension in city driving too with potholes and breakers.
