My water pump aka water body stucked during drive and broke the associated pulley.
Pulley was dropped on busy road as my brother was driving at around 60 kmph
So when I went to mechanic, he told to bring Kabuli (term used by mechanics for used parts) pulley, anyways replaced water pump and so total cost:New Toyota water pump(Brand : Aisin) 2,800Used Pulley: 500Mechanic Labor charges: 1,000
Does anyone knows where is the radio antenna located in 2006 Altis Corolla ?
The radio reception is very bad. I thot maybe cleaning would help. I remember civic had a glass embedded visible antenna. I couldn't find anything as such on the Corolla
Yes, same Antenna is embedded within Glass in 2006 to 2008 All Corolla versions
Check the connection of antenna cable at the back of the stereo.
The device/relay which connects it is behind the plastic fitting I guess right hand side backseat headrest.

Your Altis has it in the rear screen too. The older Saloon's like mine have an extendable one in the A pillar
It is on the C-pillar most probably on right hand side (driver side)
I agree its on the windscreen but is it within the defogger lines or a physical black box.
Honda Civics had a black box on the rear windscreen. I cant find such a box on a Corolla.

It is in the screen not a seperate box like the civic. It's one of the wires of the screen
Can somebody please please explain the difference between Altis 2006 automatic transmission and Altis 2010 automatic transmission??Although both are 1800cc.
2005-2008 is a normal ECT automatic while 2008-2011 had triptronic.
Not sure if its an entire different transmission or just electronic controlled triptronic
