Yes, Fixing it has resolved the issue, Didnt do any hiccups in the morning today, Will check once more while leaving the office.

Altho the mechanic came to my house in the morning he said start it in front of me to check if the issue was fixed, For now he told me to drive as it is, we are on the look out for a new VVT sensor.

Later when even i have time will leave the car to check for the transmission bearing, it will take a full day.

Fraud alert.

Stay away from such cars. This is a 2008 Altis with antenna on the roof. Where as Corolla altis didn't come with a roof antenna after 2005.

Plus the chrome on the boot isn't avaliable separately. You have to purchase the entire boot.

Definitely a total loss car repaired and being sold.

The chrome on the boot is because that is a Thai/Singaporean garnish however that is a whole boot swap in this case evident by the Singaporean raised emblems

I will say its a roof replaced edition.

No doubt the cut/scrap work nicely done looks like the seller bought a NCP frame to cut and weld roof/trunk/floor etc.

I don't think so, looks more like a local pre fl with a thai trunk and local altis lights. The imported models had a rod antenna on the roof for pre fl and fl with the rear windscreen antenna

Prob registered later or did he claim on call that is a 2008 manafacture. You'll see tons of cars on pakwheels that were registered years after manafacture even 10 years on some case. However, the car does have an engine swap, that's a 1.8 1zz

However i do agree it's a Sketchy car as that is an inported hood, you can tell by the insulation which isn't present on local models.idk if it's a fraud or not but it is def sketchy

I also got 2 headlights but I doubt that these were put afterwards in your case. You can simply remove them and check if headlights work. Headlights are 2 but bulbs are 4 as high beams and low beams have separate fuses. Also the main head fuse and relays also missing which is responsible for all the headlights internationally.
I think in PKDM they have put headlights fuses and relay in the interior fuse box.
Check by removing these. Even your cover don't mentioned these fuses. But internationally they are responsible for headlights.

Also these 2 in my stock cover and internationally shows as blank(spare fuses) but your cover shows it as headlight fuses.

I was trying to source a used fuse box cover from bilal gunj.

But the seller told me the Thailand / Singapore cars have a different fuse box. The cover won't fix.

So its a mixup.

Also more of the imported corollas are 1600cc, 1.8 is very less

I personally don't have experience with ovation chinese tyres but have good experience with aoteli p307 Chinese tyres in Indus Corolla and my uncle has good experience with autogrip p308 Chinese tyres in gli 2016.
