Aziz the fan is working completely fine. although i felt the fans are also under pressure they are on most of the time maybe just because to try to cool down the water. Rest the radiator looks a little bit rusty its not sludgy.

hi dears. I was feeling some kit kit or tik tik like sound occasionally while driving 2D car on pothole or bumpy road.. also steering assembly rubber seal was leak so got all this serviced. One engine foundation was faulty and small bushes of chimta were worn out. Z link were also worn out. Oil leakage from steering assembly is clear. But still feeling kir or tik sound .. also after new engine foundation there is lot of engine vibrations which according to Forman will settle in a week time as new foundation are stiff while old are soft.. is this vibration of engine at idling normal after new foundation.
Foundation and z link are Thai made by RBI which cost 4500 while OEM Japan made is 15k

So can some one share experiences of this kind of service and after how muc drive front shocks need replacement as apparently car absorb jump and bump very smoothly and in a boundless manner

AC compressor feedback: Cooling use to get drop on traffic signal or at slow speeds. while driving at RPM 2 all ok.

Car dropped yesterday noon after prayers - picked today 12pm compressor altered to Corolla Fielder's I guess (he was reluctant to tell me :D), bigger in size then actual one. Cooling is all good at parked 800 - 900 RPM Fan Speed 2.

@AsifAslam took the car this evening - will get his feed-back in the morning along with pictorials

Why here we don't get oem parts for our cars? We have to use kabli and then also sometimes alteration is required

For Toyota OEM are available, i.e: Toyota Authorized with OEM fittings all will be done within 200K.
Yes kabli for the time-being helps the lower middle-class to buy respect instead cutting his veriable expenses.

Ek time pe every ac wala was putting 2002/2008 Corolla in every car.

Now they love terious/Duet wala compressor. Probably jahan ziada bachat.

I also have Duet wala in my 1.8, extremely against alteration have replaced bracket twice just to save costs.

Now the orignal one (Used) costs around 18k for compressor only. If change compressor coil and condesnsor would be changed aswell costing 35/40k roughly.

Some dumbas cooling or AC throw is very bad with the ac filter installed, I have removed my cars AC filter. Still cooling at the back isn't great. (Although cools well but the fan throw is still low)

Yes did that, ac wala said this is best it can do, replacing it won't help.

I mean my 2019 Alto has better AC throw with AC filter.

Wagonr also doesn't has AC filter uski throw ki to kia hee baat hai.

Today I asked him to arrange the replacement unit for my vent mode switch, ie: leg / face / both air blow switch - thou I will hardly use it but should be in a proper working order.

dumba.s stock blower is good enough for back passengers at speed 3 with filter installed.
plz check if u have choked cooling coil./evaporator and cooling box is properly sealed.

in fact the cooling in more intense at back seats once car is on the move

Cooling and AC throw are different things. I am ok with cooling. AC throw with filter is very bad.

I usually visit Bashir AC in Tariq road I even told him to install a new blower he said "iska esei hai aur yeh sae hai, naya b esa hee hoga " he installed a new filter was better for a few days again its the same.

Mine also doesn't work. I think they remove the cable. Will get it checked too.

Also need to fix the fresh air / Circulation when ever I pass somewhere smelly all smell comes into the car its really bad. Maybe foam needs to fixed or replaced.

Replaced all 4 door rubbers. Their was small whistle old rubbers were broken.

Will take it on long route and check if whistle is fixed.
