thats why i commented on blower performance and cooling separately and mentioned that blower speed 3 is sufficient for rear seat passengers,

here u describe the reason why u cant get enough from blower performance AKA 'ac throw'

u got a faulty cooling box, and might have massive leakage, like air is being distributed to all options as selector door in cooling box have lost its foam coating or sealing and absence of control cable will make the door move itself with air pressure,

instead of going for blower, address the cooling box issue which is equally important for the blower performance and filter hardly makes any difference

AC compressor feedback: Cooling use to get drop on traffic signal or at slow speeds. while driving at RPM 2 all ok.

Car dropped yesterday noon after prayers - picked today 12pm compressor altered to Corolla Fielder's I guess (he was reluctant to tell me :D), bigger in size then actual one. Cooling is all good at parked 800 - 900 RPM Fan Speed 2.

@AsifAslam took the car this evening - will get his feed-back in the morning along with pictorials

Looks small, probably from a Japanese 660cc.

Is it fitted on a bracket?

Yes with bracket, size is lil bigger then the OEM one. In contact with radiator pipe. Almost zero load feel when switching on, previous did had a load feel because of its ware out i guess. However, car is full chilli-millie even at 700 or 800 rpm blower switch at 2 or 1, 3 when loaded 4 noisy only good for lil time.

Your new compressor seems of 660 cc Daihatsu Terios Kid/ Toyota Duet, other point seconding this compressor as you mentioned zero load so it must be from terios kid (Denso brand).

BTW, apparently compressor outer body seems lot of grease and dirt, seems he has not cleaned/service properly before installation. My suggestion is to use Light mild degreaser over it and then get steam cleaning job from Mandviwalla

Anyone with an e120, please check if the right trim piece next to your accelerator is screwed in. Had a close call when the accelerator got stuck cause of the piece flapping around.

Engine swap options for E130 2.0D Sapoon
One of my friends is looking for engine swap in his Corolla 2.0D Saloon as his cars diesel engine is not performing well and he is not convinced to rebuilt it as he wants to get rid off vibrations and sound of diesel engine. Now in my opinion most popular choice is 1nzfe but I think it will get underpowered. Is there any possibilty to swap 1zrfe or 2zrfe?? These both engines will be in good condition in kabuli market

@hasankhurshid29 has swapped his ride with 1nzfe automatic transmission.He said that his car performance was good.1nz has 109hp which is pretty good.1zr and 2zr will be more expensive than 1nz and 2zr comes with cvt which isn't that robust compared to old 4 speed auto.Key to successful engine swap is engine health and wiring.Get engine with uncut wiring and hire a good electrician and mechanic who knows what he is doing.

You may need major alterations like engine mounts and maybe axles also etc. And the cost will be more than double I think. Also don't know the newer transmissions with 1zr and 2zr may don't have a place for Vehicle Speed Sensor because modern cars read vehicle speed directly from abs sensors.

I guess its better to buy same the car with a stock petrol engine, or get the same generation of imported corolla. if unable to find good work people.

Please keep an eye on your axles boots. I ignored that part and was running my rolla with torn axle boots for more than a year and in a result, got a broken and rusted axle cross joint. on a full-throttle car was shaking, i went to the tyre guy. he said the car's rims and tyres are damaged. As i dont run the rolla much so thought of wasting time to get new tyres and rims and i got that tyre guy as he was trying to make some money.

I went to the mechanic and he diagnosed that it was a gear box issue thats why she is shaking at a speed, went to the other old mechanic of the car and he got what is the problem and it was an axle joint cross.

Found two broken rings on the driver side.

New boots

Changed boots on the both sides. Got good condition kabli cross joint. ignore chinese new one and also confirmed from the mechanic that the kabli joint should be the one we are looking for, should not the used chinese and unrelaible joint. because we never know the history of kabli parts. got all wheels brakes service. got spark plugs cleaned.

Kabli joint cost 1800. ( New chinese joint was 1200) I have a doubt if i got this a bit expensive. not sure
New toyota original boots cost 800.
Labour charges 1000.
and a grease box, which i already had at home.

Yes I am doing more research on it. I found some people who says that even U340 transmission is bolt on and they had swapped 2zr without issues.
